The official Microsoft Dynamics CRM IPad application was released onto the Apple store on October 7th 2013. Many of our clients have been asking for a suitable MS CRM IPad application for years and although there have been several vendor offerings and mobile client workarounds, this official application should satisfy the typical mobile worker’s needs.

A No just IPads, however there is a new IPhone look and feel with CRM 2013. Simply type “/M” at the end of your CRM site name to access.

A Yes, providing you have IFD configured

A No this is application is for typical business users. Administrative functions will still need to be performed via you desktop browser client.

Q When I try to connect the client I get a “We’re sorry, Your server is not available or does not support this application” message. Why?
A If you have only just setup your CRM site give it time to propagate. Within 1-2 hours it should connect with no further issues.
